You can redeem codes directly inside the in-game menus on console, PC, or mobile:

1. Launch Aniimo and press Start/Pause to open the main menu.
2. Select the Gear Icon to open Settings.
3. Navigate to the Account tab on the left navigation bar.
4. Select Gift Code Redemption.
5. Type or paste your code into the text field and select Confirm.

Code rewards do not drop directly into your inventory. After redeeming a code, items are sent to your In-Game Mailbox:

1. Open the main menu.
2. Select the Mailbox icon (located near the social/friends tab).
3. Click Claim All to transfer your Aniipods, Glimmer, and Credits directly to your character.

Note: The Mailbox tab unlocks automatically once you complete the initial tutorial prologue and reach the first main hub.

If a code returns an error, check the following common issues:

• Mailbox Unlocked? If you haven't finished the opening tutorial, you cannot receive mail yet.
• Already Claimed: Each code can only be redeemed once per account.
• Typo in Code: Ensure there are no accidental spaces before or after the code when pasting.
• Code Expiration: Promo codes released during launch events or developer livestreams often carry strict time limits and may have expired.
